We can build assemblies as complete as you wish, using your engine, core pieces from our stock, or new blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods as required. Testing before installation is also available.

MACHINE SHOP SERVICES

BLOCKS, CYLINDER HEADS, AND CRANKSHAFT REPAIR

Performance Clinic’s machine shop offers complete solutions to your machining needs. We offer a wide variety of services, and can machine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods from start to finish.

Block prep work, cylinder boring, honing, sleeving, and deck 'o' ringing are all handled in our engine shop. Cylinder head pressure testing, valve grinds, deck resurfacing, valve guide replacement, and porting are done in the shop too. Crankshaft polishing and grinding occur in the shop, as well as checking for straightness and cracks.

In addition to resizing connecting rods and checking them for straightness, we also offer balancing of rotating assemblies.

Our broad experience provides unique, yet practical solutions to your challenges. Having developed over 35 years of racing knowledge gives us the ability to offer a wide range of machining options.

Our experienced team of machinists can provide any level of machine work required, from repairing of regular street engines, all the way up to high-performance race engines and inboard marine too.
