Restoration/Muscle Car
Specialists!
We LOVE "Old
Iron"... but the reality is today's gasoline isn't what the classic cars of
the 50's, 60's and 70's were designed to run on! Parts can be hard to
find, and even if you can find the right fuel... the performance may not be what
you remember. If you're lucky enough to have a "True Classic" with the
correct casting numbers, etc... do you want to chance damaging or destroying
what may be an irreplaceable component?
Performance Clinic
has the answer!
We can work with what you
have... the design parameters of your vehicle... and a genuine sense of
History... to give you an engine for your Restoration or Muscle Car Project that
will give you increased power AND reliability, better drivability, and still
have the "Look and Feel" of the "Original".
For
example... This is a 302 for a 1970 Pontiac Trans Am with the
"crossfire" induction system. After Performance Clinic
"rebirth", this engine is quite happy
with
98 octane fuel, idles great and drives perfect. Using STOCK heads, it
generates 405 HP and 360 foot/lbs of torque!

Below... a trio of MOPAR Restoration Engines.
Left: a 500CI 92-octane street engine, idles at 600RPM. With Aluminum heads, the
Dyno says 530HP! In the center; 500 cubic inches, iron heads... and 500HP
on 98 octane fuel. On the right; an iron-head 446-inch MOPAR that cranks
out 500HP on 92 octane gasoline!

Look
close... This is a 383 stroker small-block Chevy. The low-profile TPS injection
fits under the hood of a '91 Vette without even an "unsightly bulge".
And it's STRONG
