Our Hi-Energy Engine package includes:

• Magnaflux magnetic particle inspection of crankshafts, connecting rods, and most cylinder head cores before machining to insure pieces are crack free
• Sunnen CK-10 honing of block cylinder bores, usually 0.030 oversize
• Sunnen align-honing of block main saddles to insure proper fit of crankshaft
• Sunnen resizing of connecting rods after fitting with new bolts and nuts
• Cylinder blocks are fitted with new cam bearings and core plugs after a thorough cleaning
• Crankshafts are ground or polished and oil holes chamfered; new rod and main bearing are installed
• Pistons are pin-fit to connecting rods for proper clearance; chrome piston rings are installed on pistons
• Cylinder heads are glass-bead blasted to remove carbon and rust, then are resurfaced, valves and seats ground, bronze-lined steel guides are installed, new exhaust valves and springs are installed; and damaged threads are chased or repaired
• Other new parts include: New (not reground) cam to suit your particular needs, lifters, pushrods, rocker arms, on most engines, timing chain set, gaskets, oil pump, and pick-up screen
